A club taking a step forward
We've been working for you for months
The improvements Dinami-K is rolling out this season to take better care of every athlete
Dear families: over the last few months we have been working so that Dinami-K can take a new step forward.
In the 2026/27 season we are introducing new ways of supporting athletes and their families, expanding technical-development and specialisation opportunities, improving sporting follow-up, organising communication and making the competition experience easier.
We are doing it across three complementary pillars: a sports structure with more opportunities to progress, a closer, more structured relationship with the club and a new technology platform that will centralise information and make day-to-day life simpler.
We are not just presenting new tools. We are presenting a clearer, closer and more complete way of supporting each athlete's development.
These are not just good intentions: they are improvements we have been building for months.
01What we are strengthening this season
During the 2026/27 season Dinami-K is taking a step forward in four key areas of sporting development and the family experience.
To broaden the opportunities for specific work and support each athlete according to their age, development, interests and goals.
So every family can better understand their development, the work done and their next goals.
So information is centralised, clearer and arrives at the right time.
To make call-ups, registration, preparation and support easier for each athlete.
Everything in this document shares one goal: to offer a clearer, closer and more complete experience to athletes and their families.
02How we do it: three pillars
We are strengthening, in a coordinated way, the sports model, the support we offer as a club and the technology tool that will let us manage it in an orderly, sustainable way.
More technical-development, specialisation and progression opportunities suited to each stage of the athlete.
Meeting points to inform, answer questions, explain each category's work and share the athlete's development.
A digital system that centralises communication, follow-up, competitions and day-to-day organisation.
More opportunities to progress, more support and all the information in one place.
03More opportunities to grow in the sport
At Dinami-K technical work is already done in depth in every category of the school, tailored to each age and stage. This season we wanted to go further and expand the options for specific work so every athlete can discover new events, deepen their technique and progress when they are ready.
We add extra sessions to go deeper into the technical work of jumps, sprints, hurdles and throws, beyond each category's base training.
We open dedicated spaces so athletes can discover the pole vault and keep progressing with work suited to their level and experience.
We reinforce specific high-jump and throwing work to give more continuity to the technical development of athletes entering a stage of greater specialisation.
More to discover. More specific work to progress.
Technical work is already done in depth in every category; these areas are an additional option that the technical team sets according to age, goals and places. Times and conditions in the schedule document and the new fee structure.
04We're with you all year
We set up various meeting points with families to explain how the club works, share each category's work and make the athlete's development visible.
-
At the start of the activity
Welcome meeting & kit
We'll welcome families and give you a welcome kit with the essential information to understand how the club works from the very first moment.
The kit will include, in brief- How the club works overall
- Calendar, groups and schedules
- People in charge and contacts
- Communication model and channels
- Getting started with Athria
- How competitions work, basics
- Kit and gear needed
- Licences, registrations and payments
- Basic rules for running and getting along
-
Once the groups are running
Meeting by category
The technical management will explain to families the goals, working methodology and sporting approach of each category. Support adapts to each stage: in early training we focus on guiding families and understanding competitions; in the higher categories, on technical follow-up, sporting goals and the athlete's growing independence.
-
Mid-season
Progress update
Each family will receive a structured update on the athlete's progress: work done, development observed and goals for the second half of the year. When needed, it can be complemented with an individual meeting with the technical team.
-
Before competitions
Getting ready for competitions
We'll set aside a specific space to explain how competitions work and how the club supports athletes, with special attention to families going through this for the first time.
- How the athlete's participation is planned
- How a call-up is received
- How to confirm participation on Athria
- What information the family will find
- How technical support is organised
- What to know before competition day
05Athria: the whole club in one place
Athria will be Dinami-K's main communication and management platform. From their phone and without downloading any app, every family will find the information about their athlete organised and always available. Below we show you the platform's main screens and what you will find on each.
The family dashboard
On entering, each family sees at a glance everything that concerns them: their athlete and their marks, call-ups, the calendar, payment status and the club's most recent activity.
Profile, category, group and the best marks with percentile, at a glance.
Upcoming competitions and everything happening at the club, ordered by date.
Fee status, next charge and direct-debit payment method.
Marks, call-ups, car seats and payments gathered in a single feed.
Athlete follow-up and progress
Each family checks attendance, best marks by event, progression and the comparison with the rest of Catalonia, with the context of the athlete's real level.
Attendance, events with a mark, PBs and competitions, at a glance.
Each event with its millor marca, the progression and the date.
Progression of each mark and comparison vs. Catalonia (P90 · Top 10%).
The coach's feedback, at home
The technical team periodically shares structured feedback on each athlete in Athria. It's not a grade or a mark: it's an honest picture of their commitment, attitude and sporting progress, designed to help you support them better from home.
Èric has an excellent attitude with teammates and very good stamina. When an activity grabs him, he gets fully involved and carries the group along.
He finds it hard to get into some new activities and sometimes prefers to watch before trying. We support him to take part without fear of mistakes; it's not disinterest, it's caution.
No pressure: ask him which activity he enjoyed most this week and reinforce that making mistakes is part of learning. It helps a lot when he arrives keen to try.
How they take part, how they try, how they apply technical corrections and how they keep focus.
Attitude, respect for the rules, fitting in with the group and how they handle winning and losing.
A lot · Sometimes · Little: they show observed frequency, never a grade or a value judgement.
What's going best, what we're working on and how you can help from home, in the coach's words.
We want you to know how your child grows beyond the marks: effort, attitude and the way they are within the group are also part of their sporting development.
Clear, well-ordered competitions
The club calls up the athlete and the family manages everything from one place: check the events, confirm attendance, arrange the trip and check the results.
Everything you need to know, in one place
When you open a call-up, the family confirms attendance, sees the assigned events and all the logistical details, with the coach's note.
‹ Call-ups
Your confirmation finalises their entry in the assigned events and notifies the coach.
"Arrive in good time for the joint warm-up at 09:00 next to the north stand."
Coordinated transport between families
A simple way to organise trips to competitions: who's offering a car, how many seats are free and who needs a lift. The club only coordinates; arrangements are between families.
Catalan League Sub-12 · Sun 26 Jul · Barcelona (Serrahima)
Departure 08:15 · Sports hall · Return ~14:30
Departure 08:30 · RENFE station · Return open
Cars offered, free seats and athletes still without a lift.
The family books a seat in another car or offers their own in one step.
Each car shows departure, return and passengers to organise it without phone calls.
The platform only helps with organisation; arrangements are between families.
A clearer communication model
Notices, calendar, call-ups, follow-up, coach feedback, registrations and payments.
For exceptional situations, direct messages or matters that can't be handled on the platform.
Families can request a meeting with the coach or the technical management when the situation calls for it.
06How you will notice it day to day
These improvements are designed to broaden each athlete's opportunities to progress, simplify the relationship with the club and make their sporting support more visible.
All the information in one place
You'll know where to find every notice, call-up, document or activity.
More clarity about progress
You'll better understand what your child is working on and their next goals.
Competitions easier to follow
You'll get call-ups in order and can confirm participation from your phone.
Set times to talk
You'll have structured spaces to learn about the category's work and share progress.
Fewer scattered messages

New season 2026/2708And more: we care for the whole athlete
Sporting development doesn't depend on training alone. This season we broaden our view to also support the health, habits and wellbeing of the athlete and their family environment, because caring for the family around the athlete is part of caring for them.
A series of talks on health, habits, performance and sports psychology, for athletes and families alike. Tools to understand and better support the sporting journey on and off the track.
Plan coming soonWe're working to offer support and sports-medicine services at reduced rates for our athletes: prevention, assessment, follow-up and care with the support of specialist professionals.
In preparationThank you for joining us on this new stage. All these improvements share the same purpose: to keep growing as a club and to take ever better care of your children's sporting and personal development. We will keep working to offer an environment where every athlete can enjoy, learn, progress and reach their full potential.
With sporting best wishes,
The Dinami-K team
